I do apologize (again) for going MIA. Shortly after my last blog post, we found ourselves without Internet for over a month. You really don’t realize how much you use the Internet and rely on it until you don’t have it. I found myself eating out at fast food restaurants way more than I should just so I would have Internet access and the library was one of my new favorite hangouts.

If you missed any of the templates that I released for iNSD you can now find them in my store.

There is also a CU version also available if you are looking for templates for your product promotions or for your CT layouts.

Here are  few layouts using Flavor J by the PDW CT to inspire you.

I spent much of May working on redoing my wedding album for our 16th Anniversary. I had intended to have it done for our 15th but time got away from me. I had actually made a “digital” version of this in 2000 long before I knew anything about digital scrapbooking for our fifth anniversary and it was, well, sad. It was made with Microsoft office graphics and had horrible use of vignettes and terrible extractions plus the photos had been scanned at 200 DPI so I had to rescan all of them. I will spare myself the embarrassment of showing them to you, but trust me when I say that by today’s standards, it wasn’t up to par. My wedding colors were red, black, white and gold accents and I was surprised that I had a really hard time finding kits to use for my album, which was part of the reason it didn’t get done last year. I ended up making most of the stuff myself (with a little prompting from a just-for-fun design contest at Digital Scrapbooking Studio. I did find kits in those colors and even purchased a few but they just didn’t seem to be what I was looking for after I got them downloaded. Here is a little preview of what I ended up with. I would love to know what you think of it.

There are some freebies made from this kit available on the PDW BlogFacebook page and forum this week that coordinate with my Candy Wrappers: Flavor G Templates, which was the spotlight item at Plain Digital Wrapper this week. Check out the blog posts spotlighting Flavor G to see all the awesome pages the Plain Digital Wrapper Team made with Flavor G. Plus watch the PDW forum on Saturday for your chance to win the entire template set or receive a discount coupon to my store if you aren’t selected as the winner.

I had someone ask for a couple of items that were used to make the gifts that were on the PDW Blog, so if you would like the the kit, you can download it using the links below for a limited time. If you make something with it, I would love to see it!

While I was working on my wedding album, I needed some collage pages so I put together a few templates of those which are available in the store.

These are also available in both limited commercial use and personal use. Here are a few layouts by the PDW CT made with Candy Wrappers: Flavor K.
